Welcome
I'm Lauren!
I’m a certified life alignment coach and psychedelic integration guide based in Venice, CA. My passion is helping women tune into their inner voice, align their lives with their values, and create long-term, sustainable, positive change.

Before coaching, I spent years working in startups and corporate environments, managing people, projects, and operations, while creating products that helped people find and use their voice. Throughout those years, though, I kept feeling called to something deeper. Insights would arrive—onto the pages of my journal, in therapy, at women’s circles, and especially during psychedelic journeys—but I didn’t know how to translate those insights into meaningful action. I often found myself repeating old patterns and relearning the same lessons, unsure how to break the cycle.

Eventually, I realized those insights weren’t random—they were moments of clarity, when I could hear my inner voice through the noise. I truly believe we all have this powerful wisdom within us; sometimes we just need someone in our corner to help us trust it and act on it. I chose this path so I could become the coach and guide I wish I’d had along the way.

Now, I’m a certified coach trained in psychedelic integration and philosophies of change and healing. I've completed Zendo Project’s Sitting and Integration Training, and psychedelic peer-support training through Fireside Project, where I currently support people navigating psychedelic experiences. I'm also expanding my practice through a year-long Entheoguide Training with Aluna Healing Center, deepening my

ability to safely and ethically hold space for women exploring psychedelics with intention and integrity. My passion
for this work comes from first-hand experience utilizing psychedelics as powerful tools for creating clarity and lasting change.

Inspired by years of facilitating women’s circles, my coaching helps women cut through the static, confidently hear their inner guidance, and create balance and alignment in their lives. If any of this resonates, know that the path forward isn’t always straight—but you don’t have to walk it alone.
sympatheia [sim·puh·thee·â€‹uh]
Of all the tools I’ve gathered along the way, Stoic philosophy has been key in helping me understand what truly matters.
At its core, Stoicism teaches us to embrace the reality of what we can control, let go of what we can't, and find peace in the way everything is deeply connected.
The Stoic principle of sympatheia (literally “together-feeling”) reflects the idea that nothing exists in isolation—that everything in the universe is interconnected.
To me, sympatheia is a reminder that we aren’t meant to navigate life alone. Survival, growth, and healing are all rooted in connection. We’re meant to lean on each other and seek support—it’s a fundamental part of being human.
Sympatheia helps me remember we’re all part of something bigger than ourselves—and that growth isn’t just personal, it’s communal. Becoming better for ourselves and those around us is a powerful, worthy pursuit.
It’s also an invitation to compartmentalize less—to see how the different areas of your life and facets of your identity are connected. My goal is to help you step back, see the bigger picture, and create balance in your life.
